We never thought that we would keep apart,
When suddenly you left us all
The pain, the loss, took a toll.
No tears, no verse, can ever say, how much we miss you every day.
The memories of you so very dear,
In them, each day, we feel your presence near.
We hold them close within our hearts & there you shall remain.
To walk with us throughout our lives until we meet again.
