Philomina Noronha (69), daughter of the late Elias Picardo and the late Jetrod Picardo, wife of William Noronha, mother of Shamin, Sylvia and Shawn, mother-in-law of Loyal, Prashant and Wenissa, grandmother of Leon, Trisha and Sathvik, passed away on December 30, 2024.
Funeral will be held on Friday, January 3. Mortal remains will be brought to the church of Our Lady of Miracles, Milagres, Mangalore at 2:45 pm, followed by Mass at 3:15 pm.
