Mangalore, Aug 1: A rare case of triplets being born at Lady Goschen Hospital was conveyed to the media by doctors on Saturday July 31.

The mother of the triplets is Vanitha (30), a resident of Ulaipadi, Kinnigoli. This was her second delivery and she gave birth to three boys after a Caesarean was performed by doctors.

Though the three children were born two weeks premature, they are healthy as is the mother.  The babies weighed 1.9 kg, 2.4 kg, and 2.3 kg respectively, at birth.

Prabhakar, father of the triplets, is happy about welcoming his three sons and was waiting at the hospital with his three-and-a half-year-old daughter who is equally happy about her baby brothers

Congratulation to Vanitah and Prabakhar for the triplets. Very rare case 3 little brothers suddenly appeared like 3 angels from heaven before a lonely sister and she must be excited to hug them in one go for sure. I am also blessed with triples you know...my only daughter, me and my wife...hahahaha...just joking. I pray for the best of best health to these 3 little angels, mother and also the entire family.
