Indeed... It is the job of the Police Department to protect the rights of the people and ensure that young ladies get the necessary support and protection against crimes as explained in the write up.

Yes indeed it is the need of the hour to create awareness on using the social media in the right manner, I join several others in complimenting Mr. Laxmi Prasas the present Superintendent of Police on his imitative.

teenage is the age of danger when people act with only physical impulses and college has become the center of relieving all these physical impulses and Fanaticism....but still girls are so careless and roaming with boys without knowing when they will trapped..this is the reason in olden days people used to marry a girl as soon as she reaches puberty so that she becomes a property of a boy....nowdays girls do not listen to parents and think that they are stumble to their freedom ..now neither girl is in position to marry anyone (if it was one person ) nor any culprit.

This crime commited 3 months ago came to light just because somebody exposed it through the net or else it would have gotten buried and the accused would have gotten further emboldened; in that context, the person who exposed it is like a whistle blower???

By not imposing death sentence on these five rapists, surely, our courts will do a great injustice to women, humanity and human society. Just go for a fast trial court and show to citizens, the courts in India are serious in taking action in protecting the dignity of womanhood.

The video has exposed this incident otherwise it would have gone as another unnoticed incident as there were no complaints. Students especially female students should aware of the trickster students or others as the consequences are too much to handle and may destroy once's life. Parents should keep an eye on their errant children than repent later.

SP should consider this as a very serious case and book it under stringent sections available with sufficient evidences so that strict punishment happens in the judgement.

The judgement should stand as a detrimental to possible offenders in future.

Awareness should also be created among girls to take care of their safety.

Life imprisonment should be the punishment so that no one ever misuses a girl for such an henious act. It should teach a lesson to each and everyone. Those who are supporting such acts should also be punished.
