Bantwal, Dec 15: A funeral procession with the mortal remains of RSS leader, Mangaluru division Gram Vikas leader, Bantwal resident Venkatramana Holla who had passed away in a road accident in Puttur was held from B C Road main circle, when it arrived from Puttur hospital, to his residence in Agrabail, where last respects were paid to him.
RSS leaders Dr Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat, MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, MLA Rajesh Naik, former MLA Padmanabha Kothari, Tungappa Bangera, Ravindra Kambali, Prabhakar Prabhu, Devadas Shetty, Machendra Salian, Udaya Rao, Pramod Ajibettu, Gopala Suvarna, Devappa Poojary and others were present.
Bantwal town SI Avinash provided security for the procession.
