Bengaluru, Jan 7: Yuvaraj alias Swami alias Sevalal Swami, who has been accused of misusing the names of BJP and RSS leaders and therefore arrested, is learnt to have connections with several Sandalwood actresses.
After the news about his financial dealings came out, actor-producer, Radhika KumaraSwami, had addressed a press meet where she said she knew Yuvaraj merely as an astrologer who was good at his job, for the last 17 years and he was introduced to her by her father who is no more. She had dismissed the notion that she had dealings running into crores of rupees relating to using political clout, and said that she had only received Rs 75 lac from him as advance for the film, 'Natyarani Shanthale' which he proposed to produce and in which she had agreed to act.

The central crime branch (CCB) police who are investigating claims of the Swami having collected huge sums of money by promising to bag plum posts for the aspirants by using his so called political connections, came to know about his Sandalwood stars connections from his mobile phone. The police have found out details of the conversations he had with actresses over phone. There is suspicion that he would have conducted financial dealings with a number of actresses. In this background, the police have intensified their investigation. Now the police are resorting to get more details through mobile calls, tower location details and chatting information.
The officials reportedly are surprised by the sheer size of the dealings of Yuvaraj. They have been checking his accounts and seized his Benz car. So far they have collected details of 47 accounts and now they are also checking accounts in the names of his wife and daughter.
Yuvaraj freely used the names of RSS leaders, Amit Shah, J P Nadda and other BJLP leaders with poise and confidence and therefore commanded respect and trust. He had reportedly promised a retired high court judge of securing the position of the governor and collected money from her.
Yuvaraj alias Swami Yadav is from Shivamogga. He has been living in the city since the last many years. He faces fraud cases running into crores of rupees. An entrepreneur, Sudhindra Reddy, had filed a complaint about him with the CCB recently. The CCB police, based on the complaint, had raided his residence at Nagarbhavi here and arrested him. With the help of new details coming out, the police hope to reach to the depths of all his operations.
