Mumbai, Sep 19: The annual meeting of the Federation of World Bunts Association was presided over by its president Aikala Harish Shetty at Radhabai Thimmappa Bhandary auditorium, Kurla on September 18.
Karnataka chief minister Basavaraj Bommai was the chief guest of the programme. MP Nalin Kumar Kateel spoke on the occasion.
The chief minister felicitated Femina Miss India world award recipient Sini Sadananda Shetty.
Local political leaders, office bearers of Bunts organizations, entrepreneurs and others were present.
Vittal Nayak Kalladka team, Karnoor Mohan Rai and Dr Priya Shetty presented a cultural programme. Teams of Bunts Sangha and their regional committees presented dances.
Kadri Navaneet Shetty, Ashok Pakkala and Jaya A Shetty introduced guests and compered the programme. Office bearers honoured the guests. Ulthoor Mohandas Shetty rendered a vote of thanks.
