Media Release

Mangaluru, Sep 20: The faculty members of the Ladyhill Institutions were able to experience an indescribable spirit of joy, appreciation, and blessing. Thanks to the joy and blessings carried by Sr Maria Nirmalini, superior general of Apostolic Carmel Congregation.

On September 19, the whole staff of Lady Hill Institutions met in the Annunciation Convent hall to welcome and listen to the superior general.

The meeting opened with a lovely and lyrical prayer song sung by the instructors of the Ladyhill Preparatory School.

Sr Violet Tauro A C, the joint secretary of Ladyhill Institutions, gave the welcome message and it was an honour for us to learn that our superior general holds numerous outstanding honours and serves as the National President of the Conference of Religious in India (CRI).

Through a powerpoint show on five chairs, the superior general spoke to the instructors about how to improve communication with pupils and urged them to use their creativity while dealing with todays technologically savvy kids. She sprinkled numerous life examples from her experiences as a teacher throughout her address, which was engaging and inspirational.

The programme concluded with a fellowship tea, a photo session and words of gratitude by thanking God for the wonderful memories and every moment spent with the superior general.
