Beltangady: Youth shoots video in forest consuming poison, hospitalised

Beltangady, Sep 29: A youth shot a video consuming poison in a forest and sent the same to his family members. As the Dharmasthala police received the message from the family members of the youth, they rushed to the spot and admitted the youth to hospital in a critical condition.

Sunil (28), a resident of Ramanathpur of Arakalagud taluk of Hassan district, had arrived in bike on the Wednesday September 28 to Dharmasthala. After taking Darshan of the Lord, he went to the hilly forest near Mahatma Gandhi Circle and consumed poison and sent a video of the same to his family members. The family members immediately alerted the Dharmasthala police.

SI Anil Kumar and personnel of Dharmasthala police station searched for Sunil in the forest and found him lying in semi-conscious state and got him admitted to private hospital in Ujire.

Sunil owns a footwear shop in his home town and has a three-month-old baby. It is learnt that he tried to end his life due to differences with his wife.

    There is no issue in the world that can't be solved through dialogue and discussion. There is no need to commit suicide. I feel younger generation always take hasty decision without thinking. We need to counsel younger generation against committing suicide.

    Doctor , It is increased after 2014 JUMLA onwards due to fake promises of 15 lacks each, now a days many youth park their bikes near river bridge and jump if you count numerous cases - not easy to find a solution unless BJP stops giving fake promises like 2000 crores jobs a year so last 8 years 16000 crores jobs should have given excluding Pakoda selling.

    SOMETIMES LADIES CREATE HELL FOR HUSBANDS FOR UNNCESSARY REASONS. THEY TOO SHOULD UNDERSTAND OUR STRESS DUE TO EXTRA RESPONSIBILITY AS HEAD OF THE FAMILY. HATRED & JEALOUSY TOWARDS INLAWS IS A BIG WORRY

    Pitu India ,you blame wives or in laws or govt.for everything .Why and what as a husband and man in house responsible person ,should shoulder all this when a situation comes and shouldnt loose his head and take poison.There is his compitence is needed.He has a baby ,that he must realise.Wives sometimes do grumble when baby falls sick or she self.Husbands too are not best sometimes.In a married life everything sweet and savour is there.He goes to forest and shoots video ?and send home.?Consumes poison?He can clear the problem with in laws or wife at home .or consult someone for problems .Consuming poison is not a solution..That baby has to grow up without father .Did he think about it?Could atleast divorce wife if problems .Heartfelt sympathy to his family.
