Udupi: World Mental health day observed at Trisha Vidya College

Udupi, Oct 18: World Mental health day was celebrated at Trisha Vidya College. Vijaya Prasad, DySP Karkala was the chief guest for the programme.

Addressing the students he said, “Mental health is very important. To maintain mental health we need to follow a good routine. We need to inculcate good habits and take directions of te eleders”.

Sahila D, sub inspector Kaup Mamata, Mantesh were present on the occasion.

Indureethi, principal Trisha Vidya evening college compered the programme. Ramdas Nayak, Sampath Kumar, programme coordinators and staff were present on the occasion.
