Mumbai, Oct 18: Bhandary Seva Samithi held their 69th annual meeting at Saraswat auditorium, Mulund west on October 16. R M Bhandary, president of the Samithi presided over the meeting.

Former president, advocate Shekar S Bhandary, vice president Prabhaker P Bhandary Thane, honorary chief secretary Shashidhar D Bhandary, honorary treasurer Karunaker S Bhandary, ladies wing president Shalini R Bhandary and honorary secretary Jayasudha T Bhandary were on the dais.

In the elections for new office bearers held for the term of 2022-2025, the meeting elected Prabhaker P Bhandary as the president and other office bearers. The office bearers distributed scholarships to the children of the samithi members for the year 2022-2023.

Samithi vice president Purushotham G Bhandary, joint secretary Ranjith S Bhandary, joint treasurer Prakash Bhandary, executive committee members Pallavi Ranjith Bhandary, Jayasheela U Bhandary, Keshava T Bhandary, Rakesh S Bhandary, Vishwanath B Bhandary, Rukmaya Bhandary, Karunaker Bhandary Kalyan, Ramanand K Bhandary, Balakrishna P Bhandary, ladies wing vice president Rekha A Bhandary and other members were present.

Shalini R Bhandary sang a prayer. Karunaker S Bhandary read the previous annual meeting report and tabled the annual accounts. Shashidhar D Bhandary gave details of the annual programmes. Senior members Seetarama Bhandary and Sheena Bhandary Padala expressed their opinions and gave suggestions. Purushotham Bhandary rendered a vote of thanks.
