Mumbai, Oct 22: Sadananda Safaliga (62), specially invited member of Kannadiga Patrakartara Sangha, member of Safalya Seva Sangha, philanthropist passed away after a massive heart attack at his residence here in the morning today, October 22.

He hailed from Shirva Manchakal of Udupi district and was a hotelier in Mumbai. He was popular as a social worker in the vicinity of Kalina Bandra. He was the proprietor of Hotel Saiprasad, Bandra east and Hotel Rajyog. He was active in the temple renovation committees of Vishnumoorthi temple, Shirva, Sri Dharma Jarandaya temple, Babbuswamy temple Nadibettu and other temples. He has left behind his wife, a son, a daughter and a large number of friends and relatives.

Kannadiga Patrakartara Sangha Maharashtra president Rons Bantwal, Safalya Seva Sangha president Srinivas P Safalya, office bearers of both the organizations, members and the elite have expressed their condolences on his demise.
