With the festive mood returning this year people are back to buying crackers. Deepavali festival could not be celebrated in a grand manner during the last two years due to the pandemic.

On Sunday, people were seen purchasing various kinds of crackers. There were clay diyas priced starting from Rs 2 to Rs 60. Even LED lights are giving Deepavali a renewed festive look.

Lamps (diyas) from Tamil Nadu are attracting the public in Mangaluru and B C Road.
