Mangaluru, Oct 25: Prasannakumara R, lecturer in Physics, Expert PU College Mangaluru has been awarded Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Physics by Mangalore University for his thesis entitled Study of Structural, Optical and Magnetic Properties of Mn, Co and Dy Doped Bismuth Ferrite Thin Films.

The research work was guided by Prof Gopalakrishna Naik. He is the son of Ramashetty N and Nagamma, Nuggehalli, Hassan.
