Mangalore: P A College of Engineering Celebrates Annual Day

Mangalore, May 8: The annual day celebrations of P A College of Engineering was held on Saturday May 7.

The chief guest, A G Pai, executive director and chief operating officer, MSEZL said that the students should excel in whatever they do in the life and should live for others. They should meet the requirements of the industry, If they have to acquire quality education. We should strengthen the country by contributing to the GDP by industrial growth and not depend too much on service sectors.

The guest of honour Dr K V Rao, director Pilikula Science Centre in his remarks said that students should remember their alma mater throughout their life.

Dr S A Khan , principal, PACE presented the annual report of the college. The academic achievers and best outgoing students were felicitated on the occasion.

K M Haneef, director (administration), P A. Educational Trust presided over the function. Dr Ganesh Aithal, vice principal, welcomed the gathering. Prof Surfraz Hasim, student welfare officer proposed the vote of thanks.

A large number students and parents were present during the occasion. Anusha Shetty and Sabitha Rebello compered the programme.
