Reckless triple riding by youngsters without helmet is common in Mangalore main roads and by lanes. I don`t know why traffic police do not stop them and fine them on the spot. Even the CCTVs now installed in main junctions are useless. Severe punishment for disobeying traffic rules is need of the hour. Even on highways many two wheeler riders are found in the middle of the road without allowing the vehicles following them to drive freely.
