Bantwal, Nov 4: Sridhar Puttur, deputy tahsildar in the taluk office here had passed away during his service period due to Covid-19 last year.

Bantwal MLA Rajesh Naik on Friday, November 4 handed over  a cheque for Rs 30 lacs sanctioned by the government as per rules to Nalini, wife of the deceased. Tahsildar Dr Smita Ramu was also present.
