Nov 10: No Covid cases in Dakshina Kannada, Udupi district reports one

Mangaluru/Udupi, Nov 10: Dakshina Kannada reported zero cases and Udupi district added one case on Thursday, November 10.

The total number of positive cases in the Dakshina Kannada district stand at 1,37,169 out of which three are currently active. No patients were discharged on November 10.

No deaths were reported on November 10. The death toll in the district so far stands at 1,861.

The district administration has urged people to strictly continue maintaining social distance in public places and wear masks when stepping out of the house. Anyone not wearing a mask would be fined by the authorities.

So far, the district administration has collected Rs 1,16,05,880 as fine in 96,212 incidents of mask violation.

Udupi

One coronavirus case was reported on November 10. The total active Covid cases are nine.

A total of 10,90,842 people have received the first dose of vaccination and 10,86,656 have received both doses and 2,98,444 people have received booster doses.

Udupi reported one case while Kundapur and Karkala have reported zero cases.
