Nov 11: Dakshina Kannada reports two cases, Udupi adds zero

Mangaluru/Udupi, Nov 11: Dakshina Kannada reports two Covid cases and Udupi district reported zero coronavirus cases on Friday, November 11.

The total number of positive cases in the Dakshina Kannada district stand at 1,37,171 out of which three are currently active. As many as two patients were discharged on November 11.

No deaths were reported on November 11. The death toll in the district so far stands at 1,861.

The district administration has urged people to strictly continue maintaining social distance in public places and wear masks when stepping out of the house. Anyone not wearing a mask would be fined by the authorities.

So far, the district administration has collected Rs 1,16,05,880 as fine in 96,212 incidents of mask violation.

Udupi

Zero coronavirus cases were reported on November 11. The total active Covid cases are five.

A total of 10,90,842 people have received the first dose of vaccination and 10,86,656 have received both doses and 2,98,444 people have received booster doses.

    Since testing is not always there now, We should not presume that there are no cases of COVID cases may still be there and hence we should not relax Lets all avoid Covid Lets all at least wear mask in public life I am sure we can beat the virus well
