Bengaluru, Nov 11: Karnataka on Friday, November 11, reported 74 new coronavirus cases.
As per the bulletin released by the state health department, the active cases in the state stand at 1,858. Bengaluru urban's single-day tally is 37.
One death was reported due to coronavirus in the state on Friday. The death toll in the state has risen to 40,259.
The state recorded 58 discharges from hospitals on Friday, taking the total discharges to 40,28,113.
So far, Karnataka has seen 40,70,272 positive cases since the start of the pandemic in March 2020.
The positivity rate for the day stands at 1.35%. As many as 12,06,19,808 people have received vaccination so far.
