Bengaluru, Nov 12: Karnataka on Saturday, November 12, reported 82 new coronavirus cases.
As per the bulletin released by the state health department, the active cases in the state stand at 1,881. Bengaluru urban's single-day tally is 42.
One death was reported due to coronavirus in the state on Saturday. The death toll in the state has risen to 40,260.
The state recorded 37 discharges from hospitals on Saturday, taking the total discharges to 40,28,150.
So far, Karnataka has seen 40,70,333 positive cases since the start of the pandemic in March 2020.
The positivity rate for the day stands at 1.66 %. As many as 12,06,25,477 people have received vaccination so far.
