KCO to host Konkani drama ‘Sikeram Driver’ in Abu Dhabi on Nov 19

Abu Dhabi, Nov 15: The stage is all set at St Joseph’s School Auditorium, Abu Dhabi for Mick Max’s acclaimed Konkani drama ‘Sikeram Driver’ to be staged on November 19. Broadway Events & Productions in association with Konkani Cultural Organization (KCO), Abu Dhabi will be organizing the drama for the audience of Abu Dhabi. After a houseful show in London last month, Dony Correa and team are all thrilled to present the drama for the second time in UAE.

The organizers, KCO, under the able leadership of their president Jason Correa, advisors and members have made every effort to captivate Abu Dhabi with this super hit drama. Post Covid, this is the first mega event hosted by KCO and is expected to be a houseful show as most of the seats are already booked. KCO has been instrumental in providing a strong platform to hundreds of artistes to showcase their talents for the past 27 years in UAE. Inspired by their success in the past and the response received from Konkani community towards their previous ventures, KCO is confident that even this event will leave their audience enthralled.

Mick Max’s internationally acclaimed Konkani drama will be presented by gifted artistes Dony Correa and his team with music composed by well-known musician Rohan Kalakul, lights design by Melwin Kalakul and stage administration by Ashok D’Almeida.

Renowned actors and actresses including Asha Correa, Irene Mendonca, Cleevan Mendonca, Sunil Suvarna, Vincy Lobo, Robert Mendonca, Veena Mendonca and Dony himself will be portraying the character of Sikeram Driver.
