Worse scenario if there victim or the culprit is of another religion, if the two are of diffent faiths. Secondly, the Pocso fast track special court judge Srinivas Suvarna sentenced the accused to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment for befriending a 17-year-old girl employed as a maid in the school bus. Fine, 17 year is a legally minor. Whey were the police so reluctant and politicians defending a murugu matt top seer for raping so many minors over so many years. A bus driver is a big danger and a bigger criminal to be jailed in a fast track POSCO court. Others are enjoying even in judicial custody and jail, signing cheques.
