Udupi: WGSHA awarded Silver in Indian Hospitality Excellence Awards

Udupi, Nov 27: Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration, a constituent unit of Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal has been awarded Silver in Hospitality Excellence: “Best Hospitality Management Institute of the Year” in second Indian Hospitality Excellence Awards- 2022.

Dr chef K Thirugnanasambantham, principal, WGSHA, thanked Hozpitality Group for honouring the college with this award and said that WGSHA would continue to strive for excellence in its academic and all other efforts to remain among the top hospitality institutions of the country and the world.

 

WGSHA has been consistently ranked No1 by GHRDC Hotel Management Institutes Surveys, No 2 by India Today - MDRA Best Colleges Rankings, The Week – Hansa Research - Best College Surveys and No. 1 among the private hotel management colleges by Outlook - India.

He gratefully acknowledged MAHE and ITC Leadership’s consistent support and encouragement to the college’s academic and all other efforts in imparting hospitality and culinary education. He also appreciated and thanked all the stakeholders - students, parents, alumni, industry partners and all those who have always assisted WGSHA in all its endeavours.
