Puttur: KVG Case - Submit Report Once Discharged from Hospital, Tells Court

Puttur, May 22: The JMFC here has directed the prosecution that Dr Renuka Prasad, accused in Prof Ramakrishna's murder in Sullia to submit a report as soon he is discharged.

Though Prasad has been awarded police custody by the court Dr Prasad has been hospitalized citing ill health. Assistant superintendent of police Dr Rohini Katoch has filed an application in court seeking Prasad's custody as soon he is discharged from the hospital.

Since Prasad has been admitted to the hospital the police has been unable to take him into custody, said Rohini in the application.
