Ballari, Jan 4: Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai performed the Bhoomi Puja for the construction of the 400-bed mother and child hospital by Vijayangara Medical College in collaboration with Jindal Company at Ballari on Wednesday.

The Chief Minister later dedicated the Synthetic Track and Pavilion built by the Ballari district administration and Sports Department.

Minister B Sriramulu, MLAs G Somasehakara Reddy, B Nagendra and others were present.
