Bengaluru: Yuvaraj Kunder bags gold medal in 60th national skating tournament

Bengaluru, Jan 4: The 60th national speed skating championship tournament was held in Bengaluru recently. Karnataka chief minister Basavaraj Bommai inaugurated the tournaments.

Yuvaraj Kunder who represented Karnataka from Mangalore Roller Skating Club won gold medal while Tanmayi Shetty and Vedanth Upadhya bagged silver medals.

More than 4,000 skating sportspersons from various states took part in the tournament. The skating sports persons were trained by Mangalore Roller Skating Club trainers Mahesh Kumar and Shravan Kumar.
