Mangaluru, Jan 5: One day cardiology conference 'SPECTRUM – 2023' has been organised on January 7 at A J Grand Hotel, Mangaluru. This is the 12th edition of the conference which was initiated in 2012. The conference will be attended by about 250 delegates consisting of cardiologists, physicians, post graduates of cardiology and medicine from all over Karnataka and neighbouring states. Eminent speakers from the country as well as international delegates will be present in the conference.

The programme includes lectures, debates, and interactive sessions in various fields of cardiology. Dr B V Manjunath, chief interventional cardiologist, A J Hospital and HOD of Cardiology, A J Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre, Mangaluru is the organising chairman of the conference. Dr R Purushotham, consultant interventional cardiologist, is the organising secretary. Scientific committee includes interventional cardiologist Dr Praveen J Shetty and Dr Nitin Thomas Terrance, cardiovascular surgeon Dr Jayashankar Marla and Dr Sambhram Shetty, pediatric cardiologist Dr Prem Alva and cardiac anaesthesiologist Dr Gururaj Tantry.
