Mangaluru, Jan 7: Srinivas Institute of Dental Sciences, Mukka here hosted the inauguration ceremony of its 11th batch of BDS course “Aarambh” on January 6.

The function was inaugurated and presided over by Dr A Srinivas Rao, honourable pro chancellor, Srinivas University and vice president, A Shama Rao Foundation, Mangaluru. He addressed the gathering and motivated the students with his inspiring speech.

Dean Professor (Dr) K Reshma Pai welcomed the guests and was proudly spoke about the ranks obtained in the RGUHS examination and welcomed 2022-23 batch of students. Prof (Dr) Hemanth M, head, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, provided a brief introduction to the First BDS curriculum.

Senior students spoke about their experiences in college. The newly joined students and their parents also shared their experiences about the campus. Prof (Dr) Chandini, head, Department of Periodontics proposed a vote of thanks.
