Mumbai: Silver jubilee inauguration of Christian Chamber of Commerce and Industry held

Mumbai, Jan 16: "We should be happy and proud of the work that Christian Chamber is doing for the community. The existence of CCCI and the achievement of twenty five years of progress for the enterprise of the Christian community, unity of entrepreneurs, development is commendable. Jesus Christ has kept us all alive through the struggle and problems of the last two years of the Corona conflict. This is our destiny. This is a great command to help the community. This celebration is a testament to what CCCI has contributed to the community in 25 years. This is what we should think about. We all should dream big, think big and that should be our mission. Write down your New Year's resolution and decide what you want to be. Its value will be fruitful even after 10-25 years. Keep up the good work. May God bless you," said Madam (Dr) Grace Pinto, Managing Director, Ryan International Group of Institutions.

Christian Chamber of Commerce and Industries (CCCI) organized the silver jubliee inauguration ceremony of its organization in the auditorium of Hotel Kohinoor Continental, Andheri East on Saturday evening with the graceful presence.

CCCI founder chairman Vincent Mathias, CCCI vice presidents Albert W D'Souza, advocate Pius Vas, former chairman Henry Lobo and director Lawrence Coelho were present on the Dias. The silver jubilee logo was unveiled by the chief guest Dr Grace Pinto, along with the directors. The winning logo was conceptualized and designed by Ms. Natasha D’Souza, one of the daughter of our member.

The founder directors-Vincent Mathias(founder director, Henry Lobo (past chairman), John Mathew (chairman), Albert D’Souza (vice chairman) and Lawrence Coelho(director), were felicitated with shawls and floral bouquets by the chief guest.

CCCI Director Gregory D'Souza, Priscilla Walter Buthello (permanent invitee), former chairman Anthony Sequeira and other members were present.

It commenced with an opening prayer by the Executive secretary Rohan Tellis. Chairman John Mathew warmly welcomed the gathering. Pramila Mathias felicitated the chief guest with flower. Vincent Mathias, the founder chairman presented the 'Journey of the CCCI' over 25 years in his inimitable and humorous manner followed by a PPT presentation, chronicling the 25 years of the CCCI. Henry Lobo enumerated the Events to be conducted during the silver jubilee year, such as the setting up of a new office premise, enhanced involvement of the Youth Wing, the Coffee table book, brochure etc. Albert W D'Souza introduced the chief guest. Suhani Mendonsa compere the programme. The vote of thanks was delivered by Rohan Tellis.

Entertainment programme conducted by Dwayne Gamree, an accomplished song writer, playback singer, Indi musician and coral director for Pritam, the noted Bollywood music composer who regaled and entertained the audience with his harmonious rendering of Bollywood, new and old classical English songs ably assisted with his acoustic guitar.
