Kundapur, Jan 27: An autorickshaw driver, a resident of Tallur, exhibited honesty by returning a wallet containing gold and cash, which he found on the road, to its rightful owner.

Koti Mogaveera found a wallet fallen on the road. The wallet belonged to a woman from Keradi. It contained a gold bracelet, one golden finger ring and cash. The total value of the items in the wallet was Rs 1 lac.

Koti checked the documents in the wallet and traced its rightful owner and returned the same to her with the help of other auto rickshaw drivers of Tallur.
