Mangaluru: Provocative speech from Sharan Pumpwell – Ullal block Congress files complaint

Mangaluru, Jan 30: Ullal block Congress submitted an appeal to Ullal police station, urging the police department to arrest and take suitable legal action against VHP leader Sharan Pumpwell, for provocative speech as the elections are nearing and giving public statement that Mohammed Fazil was killed by VHP in retaliation to the murder of Praveen Nettaru. In addition, the appeal also said that Sharan is publicly giving statements with the intention of disturbing communal harmony of the society.

Ullal block Congress president Sadashiv Ullal, district Congress members Suresh Bhatnagar, Rahman Kodijal, Karnataka Pradesh women Congress chief secretary Surekha Chandrahas, Ullal Block Congress chief secretary A K Rehman Kodijal, Achutha Gatty, Ullal block backward communities president Deepak Pilar, women Congress president Chandrika Rai, Sevadal president Roopesh Bhatnagar, Kisan wing president Purushotam Shetty Pilar, Taluk panchayat former president Mohammed Monu, former taluk panchayat member Siddique Talapady, Jabbar Boliyar, Ullal city municipality vice president Ayyub Manchila, members Mohammed Mukkachheri, Bharathi, eminent leaders Zacaharia Malar, Harris Kodijaal, Moideen Bava K C Road, Vishal Kolya, Devanna Shetty, Sajid Ullal, Hasan Kunhi, Danu Gatty, Raju Bhandashale, Mohammed Boliyar, Prema, Meera, Varija, Prabhavathi Shetty, Tahira, Safiya and Manorama were present.
