Mangaluru: St Agnes CBSE School students secure fourth, fifth places at ‘Children’s Chess Carnival’

Mangaluru, Feb 2: Derik’s Chess School Mangaluru in association with Mount Carmel Central school, Maryhill organized the ‘Children’s Chess Carnival’ on January 29 at Mount Carmel Central School auditorium.

The students of St Agnes CBSE School, Aditi S Prabhu participated under 11 to 15 girls category and scored 2.5 out of 5 points and has secured fourth place.

Anshith G P participated under 7 boys’ category and scored 3 points in 5 rounds and secured the fifth place and have brought laurels to the school.

The management, administrator, principal and staff congratulated the students and parents for their constant support and encouragement.
