Mangaluru, Feb 17: Multilingual actor Dr Suman Talwar was felicitated in a grand ceremony titled ‘Suman Thammana’ at Townhall on Thursday February 16, organised by Dr Suman Talwar Abhinandana Samithi.
Prior to the felicitation programme, a grand procession was carried out from Milagres Church to Townhall with tableaux, chende team, Aati Kelinja, Pili dance and many more.
Earlier in the day, on the eve of the felicitation, a blood donation camp was conducted at Town hall. Fruits were distributed to patients at Lady Goschen hospital and an orchestra programme was also held.
Dr Suman Talwar has acted in Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Hindi and other language movies in a career spanning four decades. He has acted in more than 700 movies.
