No Points for Force India in Rain-hit Canadian GP

Montreal, Jun 13 (PTI) Points eluded Force India at the rain-marred Canadian Grand Prix as Paul Di Resta ended 18th and Adrian Sutil failed to even finish the race here.

Torrential rain showers were the story of the day in Montreal causing a delay of over two hours to the Canadian Grand Prix.

When the proceedings resumed, Di Resta and Sutil raced hard but were unable to convert their effort into points finishes.

A dejected Di Resta, who started 11th on the grid, blamed it on bad weather conditions.

"The weather conditions were very bad today and given the intensity of the rain it was absolutely the right decision to stop the race. There were a lot of rivers running across the track and they were catching people out, even under safety car conditions," Paul said.
