Beltangady: 'Scouts and Guides Thinking Day' held at Holy Redeemer English Med School

Beltangady, Feb 27: Holy Redeemer English Medium School, Beltangady on February 25 celebrated 'Thinking Day, the birthday of Lord Robert Baden Powell, founder of Scouts and Guides. Scout Guides teachers and students held an interfaith prayers. Headmaster Fr Clifford Pinto motivated the students to participate in more Scout Guides activities to develop good qualities and live as good citizens in the society.

Students presented the good values ??of social service, brotherhood, environmental protection, patriotism through dance and drama. Scout Master Blendin Rodrigues spoke about the importance of the Thinking Day. Student Minal Joseph shared her experiences as a participant of International Scout and Guide Jamboree.

Students Dion D'Souza welcomed, Vibhisha felicitated and Yashasvi compered the programme. Co-teachers Blendin Rodriguez, Anita, Shanthi Pereira, Akhida Banu and Elvita Pais guided and organised the programme.
