Mangaluru: Blood donation camp held at Unity Academy of Education in collaboration with KMC

Mangaluru, Mar 8: A blood donation camp was organized by Unity Academy of Education, in collaboration with Kasturba Medical College (KMC) Hospital March 7 at the college auditorium.

A team of 2 doctors and 15 staffs of KMC hospital came for the blood collection. The camp began with a inaugural programme. Dr Raja A principal of Unity Academy of Education inaugrated and welcomed the chief guest, Dr Cheryl Philipose, associate professor and blood bank officer of KMC hospital and also the gathering.

During the blood donation camp a total of 101 donors donated blood. A certificate of appreciation and refreshment were given to all donors as a token of gratitude. The programme concluded with the vote of thanks.
