Nagaland Govt Keen on Tie-up with Kerala IT


Thiruvananthapuram, June 18 (PTI) A high level delegation of the Nagaland government visited Technopark, the hub of IT in Kerala, to study the Kerala Model of IT development and replicate it in the northeast state.

The delegation also explored possibilities of association with Technopark and Tecnology Business Incubator set up in Nagaland, a Technopark release said today.

The team, comprising Vikho-o Yhoshu, Advisor to the Chief Minister, IT & C, K.T.Sukhalu, Secretary, IT & C, held discussions with Kerala Additional Chief Secretary T Balakrishnan and Technopark officials.

"We will offer all help from Kerala IT and Technopark to develop the IT Park and a Technology Business Incubator in Nagaland," said Mervin Alexander, CEO-Technopark and Chairman, T-TBI.

"We came to visit Technopark with great hopes to learn from the leader in IT arena. The visit will enable us to efficiently design our IT Park and Technology Business Incubator," Sukhalu said.
