Its dirty folly gimick by congress govt with help of media. UP has upcoming elections and they want to uproot Mayawati Rape's happen everywhere , and UP is not only that place!. And also most of this cases are fake , and consensual sex , thus only making male partner a scape goat . And it also has to be understood that most the 'victims' are well above 15 (adult) , legal age for any relationship is concerned.
