SC says No Relief for Kanimozhi, Sharath Kumar

New Delhi, June 20: Kanimozhi has lost the last chance to get bail from the Supreme Court with the latter rejecting the bail plea by Kanimozhi and Sharath Kumar in 2G scam case.

The decision came out this afternoon at 12.30 pm giving a blow to the hopes of Kanimozhi and Karunanidhi's families and supporters.

Kanimozhi's lawyer though fought hard to get the bail playing woman card and stating that the law will deprive her 11-year-old son mother's love. But SC rejected the appeal saying that her letting off meant possibility of tampering with the witnesses

It is learnt that, she can apply for bail once again at the trail court. But this could take about couple of weeks of time.

    The SC has gone on populist major in denying bail to kanimozhi.She is just a suspect, no concrete evidence of bribe ,if she wanted to temper evidence, there was sufficient time, she was arrested months after arrest of many accused.How can bail be denied to her being no criminal history,it is prejudiced to her rights on media based trial.it is against natural justice.CBI director is appointed by present government who used all machineries who opposed them like Dalmia,lalit modi ,ramdev etc.Govt could have adviced cbi advocate not to oppose her bail in SC, this is against social justice and vendetta politics in India.Those who are biggest corrupt are scot free.I am totaly against ill fated judgment against kanimozhi, it is like rajan pillai case, who died in jail, he did no crime but media trial.why target kanimozhi, real culprit is DMK functionaries and congress.Can u believe PM gave free hand to DMK for loot and kept blind eye.Why CBI not arrest Anil ambani,kapil sibbal,Rahul gandhi, digvijay singh, even PM for such gross irregularities in CWG, 2G scams.

    If justice being done of letting Kanimozhi on bail is great as said that all records will be tampered in the shortest time to prove her innocence. Lets hope that Kanimozhi is not let out at the trail court and bring disrepute and fool the nation. She is guilty very in the 2G scam so as the rest who are in Tihar Jail. Let the law takes its course of action. If Kanimozhi knew she had a 11 year old son and that the wrong she was doing would lead her to the prison gates, why did she venture into this Cartel? The greed for money lead her, so my dear friend where is the question of sympathy to be showed by the judge, jut because Kanimozhi is a women, no way my dear friends. Let all be in jail as per sentences that will be given by the Supreme Court, so the same to CWG crooks who are behind bar's. Jai Hind India.
