New Delhi, Jun 21: 88-year-old DMK supremo Karunanidhi met his 2G scam-tainted daughter Kanimozhi for the second time in the last 30 days in Tihar jail and had an emotional reunion, hardly being able to even talk initially.
Reports stated that Karunanidhi was with his daughter for nearly an hour, accompained by his wife Rajathi Ammal, and son M K Alagiri.
It is also learnt that Karunanidhi met former telecom minister A Raja, and Kailangar TV managing director Sharath Kumar.
It may be recalled that on June 20 the Supreme Court had denied bail to Kanimozhi and asked her to go back to the trial court to apply for the bail.
Both father and daughter emotionally exchaned words, and the former even brought with him his daughter's favourite 'namkeen' from Chennai.
"Don't worry, you will be out soon, you have done no wrong," Karunanidhi reportedly told his daughter before leaving the place.
