Kasargod: Girl student found dead at home under mysterious circumstances

Kasargod, Mar 21: A plus two girl student was found dead under mysterious circumstances in her room at her home at Bandadka.

The deceased is identified as K V Sharanya (17), a resident of Bandadka Malakunda Illatingal. She was studying in Bandadka government higher secondary school.

The incident was reported on Monday March 20. Sujatha, the mother of Sharanya arrived home in on Monday evening and realised that Sharanya was missing. When she peeped into the room through the window, she was shocked to see that her daughter had hanged herself.

Sujatha informed the neighbours, who in turn called the police. Bedadka police have registered a case and the body is sent to Kannur medical college for post mortem.

    Rest in Peace Sorry to hear such news and pray specially for parents may god give courage to bear this loss 12th exams are going on - it could be related to exam worry ? Lack of preparation or worries associated with getting seats for colleges ?
