In the second case, a 17-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a photo studio owner in Bahraich. The police officer said s that, the accused is absconding, but a FIR has been lodged at the Police Station and the girl has been sent for medical test.
Continuous crime rates have put UP Chief Minister Mayawati in a fix, and expected to face more accusations from the opposition BJP and Congress in the coming days.
