Yogi announces 3-member judicial panel to probe killing of Atiq Ahmed

Lucknow, Apr 16 (IANS): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has announced a three-member judicial commission that will probe the murders of gangster-turned-politician Atiq Ahmed and his brother Ashraf in presence of the police and the media on Saturday night.

The state has been put on high alert and senior officials, led by Principal Secretary, Home, Sanjay Prasad are rushing to Prayagraj to supervise the situation.

Officials said that 17 police personnel assigned in the security of Atiq and his brother have been suspended.

Meanwhile, the Internet has been shut down in Prayagraj, while some reports suggested that the BJP workers burst crackers in Kanpur.

    Thousif..Never ever arabs treated Indian Muslims as there own and only call them by name 'hindi'..it means converters. No longer they bother about aseans as they themselves involved in trouble like war by which they lost many of there wealth. In Gulf mostly non-muslims are holding high position by which economy of that country become prospered. Please leave your alligator tears which are of no more of use. After 2014 all gulf countries are having good relationship with India. They much aware of you people's 'hanebarha' in what involved in various crimes to disturb ongoing in the society.

    Although Atiq Ahmed was no doubt a criminal, with hundreds of cases against him, fact of the matter was, he was close to politicians of all parties, and underhanded favors were done for them by him, in exchange for money etc. He wanted to come out and tell everything, after his son was recently killed in encounter, but he was instantly killed yesterday by powerful people as some were afraid what he would soon reveal...

    Firstly, understand tat the person your defending was not a freedom fighter. There is probe and will be brought things to justice. Secondly don't paint the whole community and try to spit venom. I still have my best muslim and other communities as my best friends and neighbors. I can never change my mind reading your comments.     UP has become a no. 1 lawless state in the country since yogi has become cheap minister. But paid media is not covering the reality of the current situation to the common man. Not a single development project has been initiated under his rule. He is fit to utter gau raksha day and night and run bulldozer on muslim locality.
