Karkala, Apr 22: Jnanasudha PU College students Smaya Sadanand Maben has secured 594 marks in science and bagged third rank and Manyajain has secured 594 marks in commerce and bagged fourth rank in the PUC results. 16 students of the college have secured within ten ranks at state level.

Karkala Jnanasudha PU College science student Smaya Sadanand Maben has secured 99% (594), M R Yashas Reddy 98.5% (591), Sreyas R Gowda 98.50% (591), Srasti Shetty 98.3% (590), Hithesh R Nayak 98.17% (589), Manya Shree P 98.17% (589), Spandana R Shetty 98% (588), Sunidhi Kini 98% (588), Adyadayanand Nayak 98.84% (587), Hrishik M Hegde 98.84% (587) and Jeevan Reddy 97.84% (587).

In the commerce section Manya Jain 99% (594), Sanketh V Kamath 98.50% (591), Sharanya S Hegde 98.50% (591) and K Akash Pai has secured 98% (588) marks.

Udupi Jnanasudha PU College has secured 100% results in the first year. In the science division Prathiksha Pai secured 98.16% (589) marks. Out of 632 students who wrote the examination, 526 students passed with distinction. 251 subject wise answer scripts have received 100 marks each.

The trust president Dr Sudhakar Shetty has congratulated all the successful students and wished them well.
