Beltangady: I-T sleuths raid Congress leader Gangadhar Gowda’s, his son’s residences

Beltangady, Apr 24: Income Tax (I-T) sleuths raided the houses of Gangadhar Gowda, former minister and vice president of KPCC and his son Ranjan Gowda on Monday April 24 morning.

The sleuths raided the house that is situated beside the Beltangady taluk hospital, Prasanna educational institution at Laila and residence at Indabettu simultaneously.

It may be recalled, Gowda had recently withdrew from politics after losing the Congress ticket to Rakshit Shivaram from Beltangady constituency.

The IT officials, who arrived with police at around 6.30 am on Monday, are continuing the verification of various records and items in all the three places.
