Special Wings Set up to Probe Land Grabbing Allegations: Jaya

Chennai, Jul 11: Chief minister J Jayalalitha  on Sunday July 10 announced setting up of special units in the police headquarters here to probe land grabbing issues in the state.

The special units act in accordance with the Indian Penal Code, besides other statutes and lang grabbers will be brought to justice and other properties would be returned to the original owners, she said.

The minister said that the setting up of the special wings would instill confidence in those who were victims to the land grabbing scandal.
