Udupi, May 11: "A fake letter that Byndoor MLA B Sukumar Shetty has been expelled from the BJP has gone viral on social media. It is far from the truth. There is no such development,” clarified BJP district president Kuilady Suresh Nayak.
The 'letter' addressed to Sukumar Shetty stated that, “We have received evidence that you worked against the official BJP candidate of Byndoor Vidhana Sabha constituency. As you went against the discipline of the party, you have been expelled from the primary membership of BJP for six years for anti-party activities.”
