Bantwal: Indecent behaviour with woman on pretext of asking directions – Accused arrested

Bantwal, May 18: Vittal police arrested an accused who behaved indecently with a woman on the pretext of asking directions.

Aboobacker K (46), resident of Kanyana is the accused who is in police custody now.

It is said that a bike borne stranger behaved indecently with a pedestrian woman on the pretext of asking directions at Bana of Kasaba village of Vittal taluk on May 13. A case was registered in Vittal police station.

ASI Kartik Kataraki and personnel Rakshit and Hemaraja were involved in the operation of arresting the culprit.

    He is a pious man as evident from the "prayer marks" (sīmaā) seen on his forehead. In accordance with the logic propagated by a learned politician holy people (such as Sanatanis) can never commit sinful acts. Same logic should apply to Janaab Aboobacker too. If dozens of men can be set free on the pretext of them belonging to upper caste, why not a devoted man should be dealt with same logic?

    So the woman is immoral and shameless to go to the police station and file FIR, and the police had deliberately arrested the innocent culprit to indicate that they have taken action to fool the public.
