M'luru: Srinivas University set to host 'Shriyans' - National Level Inter-Collegiate UG, PG Fest

Mangaluru, May 19: Department of MBA, Srinivas Institute of Technology, Valachil, Mangaluru, is hosting a two day management fest for UG and PG Students on May 23 and 24. More than five hundred students from various business schools and UG colleges covering different parts of Karnataka and neighbouring states are expected to participate in this management fest. This two day management fest will have various competitions in the area of Marketing, finance, human resource, best management team, quiz and best manager event for PG students and cultural, treasure hunt, photography and cinematography and stand up comedy for UG students.

The programme will be inaugurated by Jayaraj K, branch manager at Bajaj Capital ltd, Mangaluru. Dr CA A Raghavendra Rao, chancellor – Srinivas University, president, A Shama Rao foundation, Mangaluru will preside over the function. Dr A Srinivas Rao, pro-chancellor – Srinivas University, vice president, A Shama Rao Foundation, Mangaluru, A Vijayalaxmi R Rao, member, Board of Governors, Srinivas University, A Mitra S Rao, member, Board of Governors, Srinivas University, secretary, A Shama Rao Foundation, Mangaluru will be the guests of honour on the occasion.

Muralidhar G Shenoy, zonal head Canara Robeco Mutual Fund, Mangaluru will be the chief guest for the valedictory function on May 24. Cash Prizes and trophies will be given for the winners of the various contests in this function by the dignitaries.

Dr Ajoy S Joseph, HOD, MBA department, Dr Hariprakash UP, faculty MBA Department, staff co-ordinators professor Ashwini and professor Sadananda P, student co-ordinator of the fest Rakshih Kumar were present during the press release.
